Damaged Product
In case your order has arrived damaged in transit, rest assured I will send out a replacement.
All I need is a few photos to process this for you:
- The damage itself, clearly visible
- A photo of print in full including the frame
- The package label (text and barcode must be legible)
- The outside of the package, including any visible damage
Please send photos at full or large size to joanna@joannagilbert.com
Note that packaging can sometimes appear undamaged even when the contents have been affected in transit, so please do send all photos regardless.
Once I receive these, I'll be in touch promptly to arrange your replacement.
