Damaged Product

In case your order has arrived damaged in transit, rest assured I will send out a replacement.

All I need is a few photos to process this for you:

  • The damage itself, clearly visible
  • A photo of print in full including the frame
  • The package label (text and barcode must be legible)
  • The outside of the package, including any visible damage

Note that packaging can sometimes appear undamaged even when the contents have been affected in transit, so please do send all photos regardless.

Once I receive these, I'll be in touch promptly to arrange your replacement.
