I want you to love what arrives at your door. If for any reason you're not completely happy, here's everything you need to know.
30-Day Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your print must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please get in touch with your order number or proof of purchase to get the process started.
Damages & Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me straight away so I can put it right. I'll need a photo of the box barcode, a full-size photo of the print, and a close-up of the damage. I'll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Refunds Once I've received and inspected your return, I'll be in touch to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for your bank or card provider to process this on their end.
Return Postage Return shipping is at your cost and must be sent to a UK address. Once received and checked, your full refund will be issued.
